🦃 Thanksgiving Family Blessing Guidelines 🍂

Please review the following guidelines before submitting your application:
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Only one application per household will be accepted.
  • This program is designed to provide grocery assistance to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship during the Thanksgiving holiday.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee assistance. The number of families served will depend upon available funds and program resources.
  • Applications must be complete and submitted by the November 18, 2026 deadline.
  • Duplicate applications or applications containing intentionally false or misleading information may be disqualified.
  • Selected applicants will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided on their application.
  • Intended to assist with the purchase of food and grocery items for the recipient's household and may not be exchanged for cash, sold, or resold.
  • Approved recipients may be required to present a valid photo ID when receiving their blessing.
  • Blessings must be picked up during the designated distribution period. If unclaimed by the deadline gift may be reassigned to another family.
  • Each household may receive assistance only once through this year's Thanksgiving Blessing Program.
  • Information submitted through this application will be kept confidential and used only for administering the Thanksgiving assistance program.

  1. By submitting this application, I certify that the information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. 
  2. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee assistance and that distributed based on eligibility, demonstrated need, and available resources.
  3. I also understand that providing false or misleading information may result in my application being denied.
