Donte Spell serves as the faithful Church Administrator at St. Mark’s Ministries, where excellence, structure, and servant leadership come together. Raised in the very heart of the church under the leadership of the late Pastor Tommie .T . & Lady Verda Marie Williams—his great-grandparents—Donte stands on a powerful legacy of faith and purpose.

In addition to overseeing church operations, Donte plays an active role in Teen Ministry and the emerging Next College Ministry, pouring into the next generation with mentorship, encouragement, and vision. Whether he's organizing behind the scenes or connecting with students face-to-face, Donte’s heart for youth and young adults shines through everything he does.

From coordinating communications and ministry logistics to supporting events and leadership teams, Donte ensures that the mission of St. Mark’s moves forward with excellence and clarity. Rooted in legacy, driven by purpose, and committed to the future, Donte Spell serves as a vital pillar in the life of the church.

Sharon Sampson-Perkins

Administrative Assistant
Sharon Sampson Perkins serves faithfully as the Church Administrative Assistant at St. Mark’s Ministries, bringing decades of dedication, excellence, and love to every area she touches. With over 40 years of service, Sharon is deeply rooted in the life and legacy of the church. She is the proud daughter of the late Pastor Hermann and Margaret Sampson, whose leadership and example helped shape her spiritual foundation.

A present leader of the Youth Department, Sharon has a long-standing passion for guiding and nurturing young people in their walk with Christ. Today, she continues that legacy by overseeing the T. T. Williams Empowerment for Success Scholarship Fund, empowering students to pursue their academic and spiritual goals with confidence.

Sharon’s presence is marked by grace, wisdom, and a tireless commitment to the vision of the church. Her legacy of faith and excellence continues to inspire generations, and her heart for service reflects the love of Christ in action.

Walter Stevns

Financial Manager
Walter Stevens serves as the Financial Manager of St. Mark’s Ministries, bringing integrity, wisdom, and over 40 years of committed membership to his role. A trusted leader within the church, Walter also serves as the Head of the Deacon Board, where his steady guidance and spiritual maturity have made a lasting impact.

With a heart for stewardship and a sharp eye for detail, Walter ensures that the church’s financial resources are managed with excellence and accountability. His faithful service reflects his deep love for the ministry and a desire to see St. Mark’s thrive—spiritually and practically. Respected by peers and beloved by the church family, Walter Stevens is a pillar of faith, leadership, and consistency at St. Mark’s Ministries.
